999cb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999cb does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, although higher-value deposits may trigger enhanced KYC review.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. 999cb reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing funds. All sports betting activity on 999cb — including cricket, PSL, Asia Cup, and other markets — is subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and event type as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
999cb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or where the Company has reasonable cause to suspect fraud or collusion. Bets placed on events where the outcome is known at the time of placement are void and will be cancelled.
All casino games available on 999cb, including live dealer games (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) and slot titles, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical processes and are recorded for audit and dispute resolution purposes. In the event of a system error, network malfunction, or game interruption, 999cb reserves the right to void all bets and return stakes to affected players. Upon termination for breach of this Agreement, 999cb reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation. Where termination results from regulatory or law enforcement requirements, 999cb will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.
Players may close their 999cb account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to the 999cb Customer Support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's regulatory body.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 999cb from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or platform integrity.
999cb reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 999cb will provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Changes take effect from the date specified in the updated Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
